My stay was quite delightful overall! The room was cozy and welcoming, offering one of the best beds I've ever slept on, though I had some issues with smoke coming into my room from Franklin St The service made sure to turn any potential issues into a positive experience, although they seemed a bit busy at times. The location was superb, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore everything. However, the dining options left much to be desired. Despite these minor setbacks, I enjoyed my time at the hotel.
